The black-and-red “Bred” motif has become a footwear fixture over the last few decades, appearing on nearly every acclaimed model that spawns more than a colorway or two. Now, the model that popularized the colorway reinterprets it, in the form of the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Bred.
Effectively a dead ringer for the iconic hightop AJ1 “Bred,” merely a few inches shorter in the collar, the shoe pairs black and red on the premium leather build, set atop an aged, weathered white midsole. As a true throwback, the tongue-tags boast “NIKE AIR” script, with the classic wings mark emblazoned on either heel, a nod to traditionalists.
