Shaquille O’Neal

Drafted in 1992 in the National Basketball Association under the Orlando Magic, Shaquille O’Neal or famously known as “Shaq” stands seven feet and one inch tall. He was first discovered while playing basketball in Louisiana State University. Shaq has also signed with the Los Angeles Lakers after his contract with the Orlando Magic ended. He has won for the championships in three consecutive championship games playing next to Kobe Bryant. O’Neal was then swapped to the Miami Heat when a feud sparked between Shaq and Bryant in 2004. In the middle of the season O’Neal was traded to the Phoenix Suns then to the Cleveland Cavaliers and got to play together with LeBron James. In the 2010-11 season, O’Neal played with the Boston Celtics.

Shaquille O’Neal was considered among one of the great basketball legends. Throughout his basketball career, he has won and received many awards. An NBA All-Star Awardee for fifteen times, three time NBA Finals MVP, the 1994 FIBA World Championship MVP, an NBA Rookie of the Year and NBA Most Valuable Player among other awards he has received.
